PROCEDURE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

Individual Board of Directors KPI management refers to applicable government regulations, RJPP, RKAP, Collegial Board of Directors KPI and strategic initiatives/RKM at the directorate. Individual Board of Directors KPI is President Directors KPI that is passed down to each member of Board of Directors in accordance with the duties, functions, and responsibilities of the said members of Board of Directors within the scope of the directorate they lead. The Board of Directors KPI individually consist of:

  1. Joint KPI: is a KPI variable in the Collegial KPI of Board of Directors which is agreed to be a collegial/joint responsibility. The weighting of Joint KPI is 40%; and
  2. Directorate KPI: is a KPI variable that reflects the duties, functions and responsibilities of the Directorate that contributes/ supports directly to the Board of Directors collegial KPI. The weighting of Directorate KPI is 60%.

The results of the determination of Individual Board of Directors are then set forth in the Individual Board of Directors KPI Management Contract that is signed by the relevant Director, President Commissioner and President Director. The Board of Directors individual KPI assessment begins with mapping the data source and data producer unit, then filling in the KPI realization data on KPI measurement working paper. If it is not
