The UPG Team makes a recapitulation of the Gratification Report and submit a report to KPK no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the Gratification report is received by the Company’s UPG Team for further approval of the status of Gratification object by KPK;
For Gratification which is an item that expires quickly (eg food and drink), can be submitted to Social Institutions by submitting proof of handover to the UPG Team no later than 7 (seven) days after the receipt date of the Gratification.
For Gratification in the form of goods such as Souvenirs/Money/ Food that does not expire quickly, and others, is waiting for the determination of the object of Gratification by KPK for follow-up.
GRATIFICATION POLICY SOCIALIZATION
A total of 240 employees consisting of Department Head Human Capital and General Affairs, Department Head Legal and Public Relations, Department Head Operations, Department Head Commercial in Regions 1,2,3 and 4 as well as SVP Corporate Secretary in Subholdings participated in the socialization of clean ports (gratuities and WBS), which was held via zoom on November 25, 2021.
