an increase of 10.76% compared to 229,932 in 2020. Total ship traffic in 2021 reached 1,186,217,247 GT units, an increase of 13.78% compared to 1,042,573,078 in 2020. Total container traffic in 2021 reached 13,234,256 box units, an increase of 18.95% compared to 11,125,677 in 2020. Total container traffic in 2021 reached 17,056,636 TEUs, an increase of 21.55% compared to 14,032,351 in 2020. Total non-container good traffic in 2021 reached 146,200,809 tons, an increase of 13.16% compared to 129,198,339 in 2020.

Passenger traffic in 2021 reached 8,056,905 people, an increase of 11.27% compared to 7,240,547 people the previous year. In other services, property operations for land rental in 2021 reached 33,742,879 M2 , an increase of 82.06% compared to 18,534,151 M2 in 2020. TBAL production for water leasing in 2021 reached 383,739 M2 , an increase of 0.46% compared to 381,999 M2 in 2020. Property Concession production for Building Leases reached 877,833 M2 , an increase of 60.32% compared to 275,537 M2 in 2020. Water business production for ship water in 2021 reached 2,318,058 tons, an increase of 162.68% compared to 882,457 tons in 2020. The public water business for drinking water in 2021 was 571,421 tons, an increase of 82.27% compared to 313,498 tons in 2020. In other miscellaneous services, passenger passes in 2021 reached 3,794,742, an increase of 28.68% compared to 2,948,945 in 2020. Likewise, the daily vehicle passes increased by 77.62% from 8,120,614 in 2020 to 14,423,543 in 2021.

In addition to operational performance, the Company also recorded a good financial performance. Operating revenues in 2021 amounted to Rp28.81 trillion, an increase of 14.28%, or 3.60 trillion from Rp25.21 trillion in 2020. Income for the year after effect of merging entity’s income in 2021 amounted to Rp3.18 trillion, an increase of 7.34%, or Rp217.20 trillion from Rp2.96 trillion in 2020. Equity in 2021 stood at Rp42.05 trillion, an increase of 4.42%, or Rp1.78 trillion from Rp40.27 trillion in 2020.

In addition to operational and financial performance, the Company’s health level also one of the considerations taken into account by the Board of Commissioners when assessing the Board of Directors performance. Based on the Minister of SOEs Decree No. KEP-100/MBU/2002 dated June 4, 2002 concerning The Health Assessment of State-Owned Enterprises, there are three aspects to the assessment, namely financial, operational, and administrative. The financial and administrative aspects
